1. The oil-free bearing is a new type of bearing which has the characteristics of both metal bearing and oil-free lubrication bearing. The metal matrix bears the load, and the solid lubricating material with special formula plays the role of lubrication. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and strong self-lubricating ability. It is especially suitable for heavy load, low-speed, reciprocating or swinging occasions which are difficult to lubricate and form oil film, and is not afraid of water erosion and other acid erosion and erosion
2. The oil-free bearing is made of steel plate as matrix, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle layer, and rolling mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene and lead on the surface layer. It has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, wear and corrosion resistance, oil-free self lubrication and long service life. It can reduce cost, reduce noise, prevent sticking and sliding.
3. Metal based solid inlaid oil-free bearing. It is a kind of high performance solid lubrication product inlaid with graphite and MoS2 Solid Lubricant on metal substrate. It breaks through the limitation that the general bearing relies on oil film lubrication. In the process of use, the solid lubricant and the shaft are rubbed by the friction heat to form the excellent condition of oil and powder lubrication, which not only keeps the shaft from wearing, but also makes the solid lubrication characteristics permanent.
4. Multilayer composite oil-free bearing. It is a rolling bearing with steel plate as matrix, spherical bronze powder sintered in the middle and PTFE and lead mixture on the surface. It has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, wear resistance, good corrosion resistance and oil-free lubrication. It can reduce cost, reduce mechanical volume, avoid shaft biting and reduce mechanical noise.
Correct installation method of oil-free bearing:
1. It is necessary to determine whether there are bumps and protrusions on the fitting surface of the shaft center and the shaft shell;
2. Whether there is dust or mold sand attached to the surface of bearing shell.
3. Although it is slight bruise, protuberance, etc., it should be removed with oil grindstone or fine sandpaper.
4. In order to avoid bumping during loading, a small amount of lubricating oil should be applied to the surface of shaft and shaft shell. When the bearing is to be installed in the shaft center, the force must be applied on the inner ring, and when the bearing is installed in the bearing shell, the force must be applied on the outer ring. When applying force on the bearing, be sure to keep the force vertical and even, and the bearing will be injured if it is deflected. For this reason, try to avoid side play.
5. The retainer and sealing plate of oil-free bearing bearing must not be forced. The installation method of hammer and casing is commonly used, because it will damage the bearing, so do not knock directly.
