Connecting Rod Bearing for Air-cooled Diesel Engine (170F/173F/178F/186F/188F)
Introduction Connecting rod bearing (small bearing) is a key moving part of air-cooled diesel engines, installed between connecting rod and crankshaft to reduce friction and carry loads. Widely used in tillers, water pumps, generators and other small power equipment.
Material
· Standard: Steel back + Copper-lead alloy (CuPb)
· High-grade/Durable: Steel back + High-tin aluminum alloy (AlSn20Cu, Sn≈20%)
Features
· High-tin type: Excellent wear resistance, low friction, good anti-seizure, good heat dissipation, long service life
· CuPb type: High load capacity, impact resistance, cost-effective
· Both types feature high temperature resistance, fatigue resistance and easy installation.
Application Separates connecting rod from crankshaft, forms oil film, bears alternating loads. For original assembly and replacement repair.
