Carbide Bushings
Definition: Carbide bushings, also known as tungsten steel bushings, are made of a hard compound of refractory metals and binder metals through powder metallurgy processes.
Material: The primary component is carbide alloy, especially tungsten steel. Carbide alloy possesses a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Size: The dimensional accuracy can reach 0.005MM, and specific size specifications can be customized.
Applications:
Punching and Drawing: Mainly used in punching and drawing processes, especially during the stretching of stainless steel and copper parts. Due to their high frequency of use, carbide bushings effectively reduce wear and improve production efficiency and product quality due to their wear resistance and good surface finish.
Oilfield Machinery: With the increasing difficulty of oil extraction, carbide bushings, as wear-resistant components in oilfield machinery, have been widely used due to their high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and good surface finish.
Mold Manufacturing: In mold manufacturing, carbide bushings effectively reduce wear between punches or bearings and equipment, extending mold life and reducing production costs.
Pins
Definition: A pin is a nail-like component in a machine or device, used for assembly positioning, connection, overload shearing connection in safety devices, and other purposes.
Material: Common materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum, etc. Among them, safety pins are often made of 35, 45, 50, T8A, T10A, etc., with a hardness of 3036HRC after heat treatment. Pin bushings can be made of 45, 35SiMn, 40Cr, etc., with a hardness of 4050HRC after heat treatment.
Size: The size specifications are diverse, including both diameter and length dimensions. For example, common pin sizes include 4×10, 5×15, 6×20, 8×25, 10×30, 12×40, 16×50, 20×60, etc., with materials ranging from carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other materials.
Applications: Widely used in various mechanical equipment as important components for assembly positioning, connection, and overload shearing connections.
