Graphite hole "interference"
2020-11-25
The distance between any two adjacent graphite holes (columns) (whether horizontal or vertical), and the distance between tangent lines (a tangent line passing through another graphite hole) from two adjacent quadrants is called "interference". Due to the existence of interference, the guide plate can ensure all parts of the self-lubricating surface except for the "overlap" in the horizontal and vertical directions In "oil lubrication", i.e., there is no "dry area". In this way, the "dry grinding" phenomenon between the guide plates is avoided and the service life of the guide plates is prolonged.
