Bearing
in the manufacture of finished and after passing inspection, that is,
cleaning and rust treatment, and then placed in the packaging, in order
to achieve waterproof, moisture, dust, shock and maintain the quality
and precision bearings and the purpose of easy to use and sales .
Bearing within the packaging by anti-rust period is divided into three categories:
1.
Short rust-proof packaging: rust period of 3 to 6 months, suitable for
large quantities shipped to the same subscriber, will be put into use in
the short term bearings. By mutual agreement, to facilitate the use of the principle of simple packaging.
2. General anti-rust packaging: rust period of one year, suitable for general purpose bearings.
3. Long rust-proof packaging: rust-proof period of two years, suitable for special and precision bearings.
The
inner packing material of the bearing is polyethylene plastic tube
(box), kraft paper, plain and wrinkled polyethylene compound paper,
paper box, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon fastening
tape or plastic preparation fastening tape, waterproof high-strength
plastic tape , Linen bags and so on. The above materials are required to ensure the corrosion resistance of the material tested.
Bearing the principle of packaging methods:
1. Miniature bearings: Each 10 ~ 15 sets of bearings into a plastic
tube, every 5 to 10 plastic tube into a carton (or bags, rolls).
2, medium and small bearings:
- Multiple sets of bearings with polyethylene film, external kraft paper or polyethylene composite paper rolls;
- Multiple sets of bearings into a plastic tube (box);
- Single set of bearings packed in polyethylene film bag, folded or sealed bag and then into a paper box.
3 large bearings:
- with polyethylene film or polyethylene composite paper single package packaging, and then into a carton;
- With a polyethylene film bag, a single package after folding pocket, and then into a carton;
- Single set into a special plastic box;
- Single three-layer wrapped package: The inner polyethylene film tape
or composite tape, the middle with a fastening tape, the outer layer
with a waterproof plastic infiltration.
4 large bearings:
- Single package wrapped in three layers (ibid.);
- Single Multiply Four Wrapped Wrapping: After wrapping the above
three wraps, wrap the outermost layer with a layer of linen cloth.
On the outer diameter of 150mm separable tapered roller bearings,
packaging before the inner and outer components should be lined with
polyethylene film, or inside and outside the components separately
packaged.
On the outer diameter of 150mm interchangeable cylindrical roller
bearings, easy to knock because of complete package injury, the general
internal and external components can be used separately packaged.
The general materials and requirements of bearing packaging are as follows:
1. Double corrugated boxes, the total weight of each box (gross
weight) does not exceed 25kg, outside the box packed with plastic
strapping;
2. Nail crate (wooden box), the total weight of each box does not exceed 30kg, blue ribbon tied outside the box;
3. Calcium plastic corrugated boxes, the total weight of each box does not exceed 25kg, box love with plastic strapping banding.
When
packing the bearing with inner packing into the box, the plastic bag or
plastic film should be padded inside the box; if there is any gap in
the box, dry materials such as corrugated cardboard and paper dust
should be filled.
