According to the different structure of sliding bearing, it is divided into the following types:
1. Shaft sleeve
1) The inner diameter of the shaft sleeve exceeds the maximum value of the gear pump bearing rule, that is, the shaft diameter plus the maximum allowable gap of the bearing;
2) When the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is smaller than the minimum value of the regular scale of the steel sleeve bearing, and the use of the knurled sliding oil-free bush SF-1 method cannot ensure the quality requirements;
3) When the shaft sleeve is burned or the shaft is held.
2. Split bearing
1) When the bearing alloy is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1/2;
2) When the bearing alloy layer is unshelled, the crack is severe, and the area is more than 1/3;
3) Severe burning of bearing alloy layer;
4) When the contact angle between the bearing alloy and the shaft is greater than 120o, it is no longer possible to adjust the contact angle or the side gap is too large to be adjusted by shoveling the flat surface of the shoe.
Three, thin-walled tiles
1) The bearing alloy layer is melted;
2) When the bearing alloy layer is severely worn and has a bite, it cannot be tightened by the padding method;
3) When the bearing alloy layer is unshelled or cracked;
4) The wear of the bearing alloy layer is not too severe, but it can not ensure the maintenance distance period;
5) If the bearing alloy layer is worn, a padding method should be used to tighten the bearing, but the gasket thickness exceeds 0.5mm
Four, thrust bearings
1) When the thrust pad is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1/2;
2) When the thrust tile is melted;
3) Shells and cracks of thrust pads.
