Oil-free sliding bearing installation:
The main technical requirement for oil-free sliding bearing assembly is to obtain a reasonable clearance between the journal and the bearing, to ensure good contact between the journal and the bearing and sufficient lubrication of the copper sleeve, so that the journal rotates smoothly and reliably in the bearing. Assembly of oil-free integral plain bearings:
(1) Before assembly, deburr the bushing and the bearing housing hole, and clean the dry oil-free bearing and apply the lubricating oil in the bearing housing hole.
(2) According to the size of the bushing and the amount of interference during fitting, the shaft is fitted into the bearing housing hole by the knocking method or the pressing method, and fixed.
(3) After the bushing is pressed into the bearing housing hole, the size and shape change are easy to occur. The inner hole should be trimmed and inspected by the method of reaming or scraping the self-lubricating bearing to ensure a good relationship between the journal and the bushing. The clearance fits.
Oil-free sliding bearing repair:
The damage form of the sliding bearing is the wear, burning, peeling and cracking of the working surface. The main cause of these defects is that the oil film is destroyed for some reason, resulting in direct friction between the journal and the bearing surface. The repair methods used are different for different bearing types.
(1) For the repair of integral sliding bearings, the method of replacing the bushings is generally adopted.
(2) The split type sliding bearing is slightly worn and can be treated by adjusting the gasket and reshaping.
(3) Inner column outer tapered sliding bearing, if there is no serious scratch on the working surface, the gap can be adjusted by the nut only when the precision is trimmed; when the working surface has serious scratches, the spindle should be disassembled and the bearing re-scorched , to restore its coordination accuracy. When there is no adjustment margin, the outer diameter of the outer diameter of the bearing can be increased by spraying, or the car can be removed from the conical surface of the small end of the bearing, and the length of the thread can be lengthened to increase the adjustment range. When the bearing is deformed and worn out, it must be replaced.
(4) For multi-slide plain bearings, when the work surface is slightly scratched, the inner surface of the bearing can be repaired by grinding. When the working surface is burnt or worn by the axle, the inner surface of the bearing can be repaired by scraping.
