The relationship between the ideal radial clearance and lubrication of bearings in applications
Accurately
mastering the radial clearance of the bearing, and pushing the amount
of the bearing in the pushing-in process decides the cooperation degree
of the bearing, so the initial radial clearance measurement of the
bearing should be performed before installation. In the entire process, there is also a need to continuously measure
radial clearance until a more ambitious cooperation is reached.
Because temperature is affected by smoothness, speed, load, and environment, today's data need only a rough temperature scale. The
smooth effect of the bearing is smooth and has an important influence
on fatigue life and conflict, wear, temperature rise, and oscillation of
the tumbling bearing. Without normal smoothness, the bearing cannot
work. Analysis of the causes of bearing damage indicates that about 40% of bearing damage is related to poor lubrication. Thus, the outstanding smoothness of the bearing is a useful way to reduce bearing conflict and wear. In addition, the smoothness of the bearing also has heat dissipation,

layer of oil film is formed between the tumbling appearance or the
sliding appearance that touch each other to separate the two appearances
and reduce the conflict and wear of the touch appearance. When
the oil is smooth, especially when the circulating oil is smooth, the
oil mist is smooth, and the fuel injection is smooth, the smooth oil can
take away most of the heat of collision inside the bearing and play a
useful cooling effect. It can also prevent foreign matter such as dust from entering the bearing and prevent the metal from attacking. This can be useful to extend the fatigue life of the bearing.
