D. The diameter of the self-aligning bearing has no oil hole in the groove, and the smooth effect is poor.
2. Selection information
Oscillation bearings:
A. Vacuum degassing bearing steel is used for the inner and outer
rings and roll bodies, and the fatigue resistance function is good.
B. The holder is made of aluminum-iron-manganese bronze. It has high strength, good elasticity and better wear resistance.
Normally bearings:
A. The inner and outer rings and roll bodies are usually made of bearing steel.
B. The holder is made of zinc brass, which has low strength and poor elasticity.
3. Heat treatment method
Oscillation bearings:
A. The inner and outer rings are made of shell-marine mixed quenching
or martensitic quenching + high temperature tempering. The hardness is
even and the internal stress is small; the resistance is good, and the
impact and oscillation are good.
B. The stability is good when working within 150C temperature.
Normally bearings:
The inner and outer rings are usually quenched, poor in resistance, poor in shock and vibration, and poor in thermal stability.
4. Public service and production process
Oscillation bearings:
A. Strictly according to the P6 precision specification, especially the internal and external diameters are very small.
B. roll body size difference with each other ≤ 0.002
C. Cylindrical roller diameter convex practice, avoid stress gathering.
D. Tumble surface super fine processing, high finish.
Normally bearings:
A. Normally PO-level precision service (some P6 specifications) is produced.
B. Roll body grouping ≤ 0.005.
C. Cylindrical roller without convexity practice.
D. Some of the raceways are only polished and their finish is low.
5. Internal clearance
Oscillation bearings:
The clearance is produced according to the request of the oscillating
machine, and the scale is controlled within a small scale. The
consistency is good.
Normally bearings:
Clearance is usually produced according to the normative group or
group C3. The clearance is small or large, and the dispersion is large.
6. Application effect
Oscillation bearings:
Low noise, low temperature rise, good stability, long service life, no fatigue.
Normally bearings:
The
noise is large, the temperature increases, the stability is not good,
the service life is short, and there is an early fatigue.
