Padded liner
In the field of valve applications, the bushing is inside the valve
cover and wraps around the valve stem. In general, the oil-free
hydraulically-used bushing is made of PTFE-bearing PTFE-filament-rolled
lining material such as Teflon or graphite for sealing.

1, metal matrix, generally copper and lead, the surface of a hole, add
grease inside the hole; rely on a lot of grease to support the
operation of the hole, in fact, a long time also need to refuel;
2,
composite liner, one is steel back + copper powder +PTFE Teflon, the
other is steel back + copper + POM polyoxymethylene; belongs to the
press molding; rely on the liner wall material to achieve the operation,
but very Thin, fragile, unbearable when pressure is high;
3, non-metallic self-lubricating bushes: true self-lubricating; nylon, PTFE, and Sailong
The oil-free bushing is very white. It is a modification of the copper
bushing. In the design, if the light load, we will choose the copper
bushing and the oil-free bushing.
Most
oil-free bushings today are steel plates with a spherical sintered
bronze powder in the middle, and the surface is sprayed with other
substances such as a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead. Low friction coefficient, good wear and corrosion resistance and no oil lubrication. Mostly
used for sliding parts of various machinery, such as printing presses,
textile machines, and fitness equipment hydraulic trucks. Some bushings are specially processed to withstand high-speed movement but cannot withstand heavy loads.
Oil-free bearings are generally designed for use at low loads and low speeds of 1000 rpm.
