roughed and finished, the bearing part shall be heat-treated with a
hardness of HRC60-65. Then, after grinding, the roughness of the surface
of the bearing cooperative part is not Ra. More than
0.32μm; The tolerance of the roundness and cylindricity of the shaft is
0.005mm; The part of the cooperation with the gear is H7/h6 and the
surface roughness Ra should not be greater than 0.63μm. The wear part of the gear is mainly the meshing of the teeth, the involute working surface and the plane of both gears. When worn subtly, the tooth surface can be grinded with whetstone, and the two ends flat and polished on the flat plate. The
new gear should be replaced when the gear tooth surface is seriously
worn. If only the two planes of the gear are worn, the light can be
polished on the surface grinder.
