Dry
bearing-composite bushing is based on high-quality low-carbon steel
plate as the substrate, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle,
surface-rolled mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead, and
rolled bearing (can be turned into Side bearings, bushings, gaskets, etc.). It has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, wear resistance, good corrosion resistance and no oil lubrication.

Application features:
Suitable for working without oil. The static coefficient of friction is close to prevent the phenomenon of "climbing".
Wide temperature range, can work in the temperature range of -195 °C ~ +270 °C. Good wear resistance, low friction coefficient and long service life.
Good corrosion resistance, can work in a variety of corrosive media (including liquids and gases). High mechanical strength, can withstand large stable loads and dynamic loads. It can reduce vibration, reduce noise and improve working environment.
